We met by making calls together at work.

Thomas - “Her smile”
Kassie - “How attentive he is”

What is your favorite memory with each other?

Thomas - “Seeing her build relationships with the kids, watching SJ and Yoshua bond together as brothers, and seeing Kassie in her happy place.” 

Kassie - “Mine is an accumulation of many moments of him showing up. He’s always made it a point to visit me at work since the beginning, he’s shown up for me on calls, he’s shown up for me when I needed him at home, when I needed someone for SJ. He makes it a point to always be there.”

What is your favorite way of spending time together?

Thomas - “The gym and video games”
Kassie - “Working out, video games, and movies”

How did you get engaged?

We went on a family trip and took the kids to Lake Travis. While floating on the lake, Thomas told Kassie to take a family picture. After taking the picture, Kassie looked at how the picture came out and noticed Thomas holding the ring behind her. 

Why did you decide on a destination wedding?

We both wanted adventure and new experiences over a traditional wedding.
